Returns

We want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free. If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Click the Return button in the main menu.

2. Submit your return request within 14 days.

3. We will review your request and send you the next steps.

4. Send the item back following the instructions you receive.

5. Once the return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed.

Please note:

Returns for products from the Pre-Rebrand Sale Collection follow a different return process, as they must be sent to a different return address.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and all original labels must still be attached.

- Only authentic purchased items are accepted. Fake or unrelated items will not be refunded.

- Returns must be requested within 14 days after receiving your order.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Exceptions where the seller covers shipping:

- Refunds are typically completed within 7-14 business days after we have received and inspected the returned items.

- Non-authentic items sent to us will be returned to the sender, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

- If the return conditions are not met, the return may be refused.

- Return shipping is only covered if the mistake was on the seller`s side.

- Our customer service will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
