How do I know my size?

Each item in our collections is designed with a specific silhouette in mind, so the fit may vary depending on the product. To help you choose the right size, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page.


We recommend checking the product description carefully before placing your order, as it includes specific notes on how each piece fits.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order — but only if it has not yet been shipped or produced. Since we process orders quickly, it’s important to contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once the item has been produced or the package has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I change my order?

If you do need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order — we will do our best to help.

For limited drops, changes can only be made if the item you would like to switch to is still available at the time of your request.

Shipping

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service immediatly. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee any changes, and we are not responsible for incorrect address entries.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship within the European Union (EU).

When will I get my order?

Delivery within the EU usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on the destination. 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can look into it and help you further.
